We’ve got something so exciting to invite you to this October!
On Saturday, the 10th of October, we’re giving the SJB kids an opportunity to go wild! It’s forest school meets SJB, and we’ve got a brilliant morning planned for you all!
We’ll meet at St John the Baptist at 11am before heading over to Barnet Park together, where there’ll be lots to get stuck into, including:
• Nature exploring and a nature hunt
• Outdoor games and challenges
• Collecting leaves and autumn treasures
• Nature-inspired crafts
• Plenty of time to explore, play and enjoy the outdoors together
After all that exploring, we’ll sit down together in the park for a complimentary picnic lunch for everyone.
The whole morning is completely free and suitable for children of all ages. Parents and carers stay and join in too, so bring the whole family along!
We’ll be praying for good weather, but don’t worry – if the weather is just too miserable to be out in the park, we have a contingency plan so the fun can still go ahead!
Please do email Phoebe, SJB families worker, at familyhub@barnetparishchurch.org.uk to book your place, or pop into our Family Hub, running every Friday or Little Saints every Thursday morning from 10am to see us and find out more.
